The Cybex Gazelle is a great option for parents who need an additional stroller that grows with their family. It is a "modular" stroller or "convertible" stroller that can be set up in more than 20 ways to accommodate various seats, infant car seats, cots and cradles.
The Cybex Gazelle is easy to maneuver and lightweight which makes it perfect for parents who enjoy exploring. It also comes with a massive storage basket beneath and plenty of attachments to give parents the option to take grocery items or light shopping with it. It's a bit more expensive than other two in one prams, but it's well worth the investment because the quality and function are top of the line.

Our mom tester Sophie from London used this stroller with two daughters aged 5 and 10 months. She took it on bumpy, uneven and cobbled streets, and found it to be extremely smooth and easy to manoeuvre. The large shopping basket as well as well-designed footrests made her feel at ease. She also liked the fact that the hood and handlebar fabrics could be washed in the washing machine, something that's important for parents who are always on the go!
4. Joovy Twin Roo+
A frame stroller that is minimalist The Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in and a large storage bin. It's one of the lightest twin strollers available. It weighs just 24 pounds. without infant car seat attachments. This is quite light for a double stroller. It is a bit heavier than the UPPAbaby V2 double and the Thule Urban Glide 2 double.
The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide and is simple to use. It snaps together easily and takes less than 10 minutes to become road-ready. It doesn't come with a canopy built-in, so you will need to provide your own sunshades for your children in case they need extra protection from the elements.
In our tests and testing, we discovered the Roo+ to maneuver well for a dual stroller. It can navigate most terrains, but has trouble with grassy areas as well as over gravel. It can be difficult to maneuver over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. We do not recommend using this stroller off the road or on stairs, however it does provide excellent suspension to minimize bumps for passengers.
While the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage bin but it's not easy to access without removing the infant car seats. This is a problem that's common with twin frame strollers, however Joovy offers a separate under-seat baby carrier bag that can assist with this issue.
The Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. This is a small sacrifice to make for its car seat compatibility and storage capabilities however we'd like to have more flexibility from our strollers. The flexibility of its seating configuration is a benefit, however, as it allows parents to mount their infant car seats in opposite directions or in the same direction to better suit their needs.
5. Delta Children LX Side by Side
Delta Children LX Side by Side scored highly for its weight and fold size. It is the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scores highly for its maneuverability, which is a key feature for parents looking for a stroller that will fit into small spaces. The Delta is a basic model, lacking some features other strollers we have tested like a large storage basket or a wide recline. It is a great choice for families on a tight budget and those who require an additional stroller for occasional use, such as a day at the zoo.
The LX Side-by-Side is a light and compact stroller. It is easy to turn and push. Its relatively short frame and swivel wheels on the front as well as padding for the shoulder pads ensure an easy ride for your kids. The multi-position reclining seats and parent cup holders allow for a comfortable ride for passengers.

It also has a huge European-style canopy which provides shade from the sun and some protection against light wind. It also comes with two storage bags as well as a five-point safety harness and two storage bags.
The Delta was put together in less than 3 minutes, the quickest time of all test groups. The manual is not very good, and the assembly does not require tools. It is among the lighter products in our test group and is able to fold flat, making it easy to lift and carry. In our Strollers & Multiples testing, we rate the ease and speed with which each product pushes and turns, opens and closes the safety harness, adjusts the brakes, opens and closes the storage basket and installs and removes a baby car seat.
